Sorry this was probably touched on alot but I can’t find a straighforward answer I cannot download any gift cars from turn10 I click download it flashes once and nothing happens I checked my garage I went to the car to buy and it still charges me for the car, I have tried a hard reset on my xbox I have kept trying to download then untill I lost them I cannot find a solution, it is not a huge deal but if I can’t download them I’d rather not even see the free download pop up!

Do you have Gold? Is your setting for purchasing and online play set to ‘unrestricted’?

Lost the BRZ for VIP’s in more or less the same way. Got a message that it cannot download now and when I returned 5 minutes later, the message was gone, so cannot download again.
Yep same, had the message, then boom gone. before I could even redeem it. VIP, GOLD good for another few years, soo not sure what the issue is
I wonder if it has anything to do with the update rolling out. Maybe the card will show up afterwards?
Check your privacy settings. You have to set “allow Microsoft or partners to send me content” or something like that on your Xbox. Otherwise it will just flash and then think it isn’t allowed to download the cars.

Its in your privacy settings as stated above. Check to make sure you can recieve items from everyone. Ill find the settings when i get hime today if this little bit of direction doesnt help. Or if anyone needs to we can party up and i can walk you through it.

I feel like an idiot I can’t find that setting??
I finally found it, under settings, all settings, privacy and online, You can see and share content switched it to everyone and voila thank you so much for the help eveyone!!
