Forza 6, can´t access to general game menu

Hello,

I have a problem with my recently purchased Forza 6 Ultimate.

When I turn on the game and I am in the screen when my current car appears (then I need to press A button) nothing happen, I cant access to the game menu.

It happened before but I solved it erasing the my save game and reinstalling game again, but now I can´t do it as I was playing for a long time.

I am a bit pissed off after spending such a big quantity of money in a game that is not working as expected.

I have a similar problem… when streming the game to my pc there is a high chance, that pressing A will do nothing…
then I have to stop streaming, reassingn a controller to my Profile. After pressing A I can start streaming again and everything works

Tried hard resetting your console
Including pulling the power cable from the wall and left it out until the power supply light has gone off
