Is there a list of all the changes/fixes etc available for each update? As well as the headline Nurburgring track update I’m curious to know what else they’ve added or changed.

In FM a patch notes list does not exist. T10 loves thier fans so much.
I think is asking along the lines of patch notes. Which those you links towards just seems to be updated practices in the game such as DLC cars being free.
Well, if given the choice between “loving fans” being demonstrated by releasing patch notes, or releasing 3 free tracks, the biggest of which took 13000 man hours to work on, I know which I’d prefer to get…

Microsoft releases almost minute patch-notes in each and every firmware update for the One as well as very detailed notes on every piece of software they release for their operating systems and other software.
I do understand why/how developers sometimes fail to post notes but these notes are nothing more than their existing bug-list with the addition of “FIXED / ADDED / INVESTIGATING”.
