Forza 5 clean racing party on Thursday 1/23

This is the topic for the Forza 5 party I am hosting tomorrow. It will be at 6:00 pm ET, which is 3:00 pm PT, 5:00 pm CT, and 11:00 pm GMT. What I plan to do is something I did with my old Forza 4 friends when we had parties. I will choose the first car class and track that we do since I am the host, and at the end of the race, the winner will choose the next car class and the loser (last place) will pick the next track. If a person wins more than 3 time in a row, the second place person will then choose the next car class, and same for the losers. I may also do multi-class races if I can find a way to set that up. The following are the rules of the party that MUST BE FOLLOWED:

  1. The racing is FAIR and CLEAN. NO deliberate crashing under any circumstances. If you accidentally knock someone off the track, you must stop and wait until that player gets back onto the track and passes you before you can go again. I want everyone participating to be on the lookout for crashers and report them to me if they see any.

  2. You must actually play. NO idling or driving backwards. I want clean but competitive racing.

  3. NO fighting or excessive foul language. I don’t care if you cuss occasionally, but if you’re swearing every 5 seconds I WILL kick you out. No annoying noises or breathing into the mic either, I will ask you to mute your mic if you do so. Just be respectful to the other players.

  4. You do not have to use a mic, but if you have one I greatly encourage you to use it. Make sure that you have some way of hearing us, though.

If I see anyone break these rules, they will be kicked IMMEDIATELY. This party is for fun competitive racing, and if you feel that you are not skilled enough to do that than do not participate. If any of you cannot make it at the time I said earlier, or if you have any other rules or comments you want to add, please feel free to reply to this. Let’s all have a good time.

I actually want to add on to rule number 1:

If you have someone behind you and you are driving slower than them and you know that you are holding that person up, you must move over and let the person by.

Those seem simple and fair, I’ll set the time aside to play you guys. I’m by no means quick but I’m clean & considerate to other people on the track. See you all then.

I am not going to add anyone else that I haven’t done yet because it would be too much to keep track of. If you are interested in the party, please add me and send me a message saying that you want to participate, and I will add you. As of now I already have 8 other people who are going to play so that means there are 7 spots left.

Great idea. I get sooooo irritated playing online, nothing but crashers. I’d be in but don’t think I’ll be home yet. Maybe next time. Have fun!

I forgot to mention that the range of classes we will be racing in will be C - P class, so I recommend that you have at least one car in each class that you can race well with.

Ok I’ll get you two in as well. Just add me whenever you can. I think with both of you that makes 16 people but I’m not sure. I’m going to go ahead and stop accepting people for today’s event, but I will probably be hosting one of these at least once a week, so there’s always next time if you didn’t get in.
