i have been banned from online section
i never received an email explaining why
can someone tell me or help me out
i have also emailed the forzafb@microsoft.com twice and have never got a reply
Anyone going to help me out with this

And i never got one
If there is no valid explaination to why then my account should be reinstated
Notice of bans are sent to the game Message Center, not via email. That is the way it has always been done, even when someone illegally modifies rims on the cars like putting Lotus rims on a Nissan Silvia.
As far as duty is concerned, it is the duty of each play to adhere to the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations by Turn 10 are discussed on these forums. Since you already sent an email to Turn 10, have patience. Sending more emails or posting over and over on the forums will not speed up the response. While you’re waiting, refresh yourself on this portion of the Code of Conduct:
