If you guys didn’t already know, Xbox One Backward compatibility is coming on November 12!
unfortunatly Forza 4 hasn’t been included yet!
I’m then asking you guys to head over to the Xbox Website To Vote For Forza Motorsport 4 so that it makes it in the backward compatibility program.

Makes sense. Those are the games currently available to dashboard preview testers such as myself. The full list for Nov 12 will be released Nov 9. There have been a few supposed leaks and Forza 4 is usually on them. Won’t really know for three more days though.
I’m super excited, my quest to get Tier 7 will be well underway now that I can play FM4 on the Xb1.
Anyone have Forza Horizon I can borrow?

Why wouldnt they be… The backwards compatibility allows you to play a 360 game on xbox one, so its not a new or different version than the old one.
Therefore Storefront And Auction House WILL Also be included!
You will keep al your saves and acheivement. So Its truly an amazing thing to look forwad to!
Not to mention the fact that you will still be able to play online with Xbox 360 Users…

There’s plenty of info on this from legit sources. BC games run on a 360 emulator on the One so it’s just as if you are playing on a 360. Servers work. DLC that you already own (or you can still purchase) will work. AH, SF, gifting would all work as long as they work on a 360. No difference. I’ve played several 360 games online on my One. No problems. Forza 4, if it makes BC, wouldn’t be different.
You’ll only be able to have one save on the cloud though so that would be a problem for those like me who have multiple saves because of the credit limit. Solution? Keep playing on the 360.
Also, no Forzas on the initial BC list is disappointing. Conspiracy theorists point out that several games that have been announced to be coming soon are not on the initial list such as Halo Wars, halo Reach, Black Ops 1(or 2?) and some others. The theory is that companies didn’t want their classics potentially hurting the sales of the new iterations in the holiday shopping season and so they will be released later.

No Forza games on the list.
Yep just saw the list as well, really disappointed. I’d love to be able to throw my old 360 away but looks like I’m keeping it for a bit longer.
