Could someone please direct me to the forum rules. Usually there is a sticky at the top to explain what is and isn’t allowed along with FAQ’s

I’ve never seen a forum that actually locks so many posts. It’s counter productive to actual communication, in which case it’s not an actual forum for discussion.
I see so many threads locked, some of them very informative, and really can’t figure out why the constant desire to keep people from posting.

Is there a better place to discuss Forza2 where you don’t get locked for asking questions or requesting something in the game?

tos, coc and faq are the first three threads. In future please use the search function before starting an unnecessary thread which be locked.
