How can i get my forza horizon 3 credits that I’ve been collecting from the hub as I’ve now got the game but can’t see message list like in forza 6 to enable me to download them, I’m on a silver membership but I’m still able to get my credits on silver with forza 6…can anyone help please?
Once you’re in-game, head out from the Festival and go to Social > Message Center > Gifts.
From there you will be able to download the credits.
Social is blanked out on mine…is that because I’m on silver? It works fine for forza 6
If Social is greyed out, it means it isn’t working for you. I don’t know why that is (maybe Silver, I can’t say), but nothing is going to come through under that tab as long as it is greyed out.
My account is Silver and yet I’m still able to get to my message center through the Social tab. Granted, mine was grayed out initially when I started playing on 9/23, but the Content Update in early October fixed that issue, so I’m not really sure why the OP would still have that issue. The only thing I can suggest to the OP is to keep earning fans and open/upgrade festival sites in single player since a lot of FH3’s features are unlocked based on opening and upgrading festival sites.
It doesn’t unlock right away. Play more then it will unlock.

True, but what the OP is saying is he can’t even get to the Social tab to access his Message Center, which shouldn’t require Gold. While it could be an internet issue on his end, it could also be because he didn’t progress far enough in Single Player in terms of earning fans to open and upgrade festival sites.
If OP just started to play the game. Social will be greeted out correct. It seems like eons ago. But I’m pretty sure you have to get to a certain point before tier rewards/ clubs etc unlock
