This issue has persisted since Forza Motorsport 3 on the Xbox 360.
The Mk2 Ford Focus RS in Forza has an underwhelming car model. It is not as inaccurate as the likes of the Silvia S15 or the Ferrari 575M, but it is certainly not spot-on. I have seen my fair share of standard EUDM Mk2 Focuses in real life and I can say with full certainty that the Forza 3D model of this car is incorrect.
While the body lines seem to mostly match up with the real thing, the biggest issues are with the entire front end. Mind you, this is not caused by me not being able to line up the two images properly as much as it is by the 3D model being somewhat off, particularly the headlights and front bumper - they are incorrectly sized and shaped. All the grilles have low quality textures. The factory wheels are very low quality and slightly too flat. And to end with the mildest of issues, all factory colours are inaccurate.
Once again, this Xbox 360 model is inaccurate and not good enough to be reused in any future Forza title. The Mk2 Focus should receive a new scan if it ever comes back to the series.
