what can i do if the frontwheels from a frontwheeldriver spin when i approach?
A - when the Turn10 team modeled the Ford Focus and Ford Fiesta the cars in the real world had transmission, differential, and torque slip problems to begin with. In the real world those have now been addressed by Ford and fixed for cars being produced - and for those who brought their vehicle in to get it fixed.
In general, if you have a FWD vehicle and the front wheels are slipping - you have the acceleration differential set too high (too far to the right). To find the ideal setting, lower your front acceleration differential setting by 5% and try to launch. If you still have slippage problems, repeat. If not, you can leave it alone or move it 1% higher and test again. Keep going until you have no slippage.
usually I use 30% / 30% on FWD but I keep these cars for lower classes D or C . too much power and it’s undriveable.
This. In this game it’s really all about the AWD. I would keep FWD to the lower classes. If you must, for the hot hatches and such, do a RWD swap. It’s so much more fun.
