Anyone for the love of god, please help me with this!!!

So when i open FM7 & FH4 they both crash on the splash screen, I know this has been an issue in the past for alot of people and all the things thats “worked” for them has not worked for me.
Ive resinstalled the game on all my hard drives and SSD’s
Ive messed around with the microsoft pushtoinstall service
ive installed a random app from the Microsoft store
Ive removed and reinstalled an add on from the game
ive been on the phone with microsoft for hours to no avail
ive tried getting ahold of forza’s support service with no response in days
Ive done everything that you could possible find on google
Im loosing my mind trying to figure this out. FM7 & FH4 are both doing it and i cant figure it out.
If anyone has an idea on how to fix this i am all ears cause ive done everything. I bought these games on release day and ive played them both alot, ive been getting bored of all the games ive been playing lately so figured id reinstall them and now im stuck on this.
