Per the Week in Review published Friday, “Forza Motorsport 7 will have a segment in next week’s episode of Inside Xbox, and we’ll have exciting news to share. The show kicks off at 3 p.m. Pacific on Thursday, May 17 and you can watch live on the Xbox Mixer channel. Don’t miss it!”

Inside Xbox is a monthly livestream highlighting the latest news in the world of Xbox features and games, with hosts Larry Hyrb (@MajorNelson) and Graeme Boyd (@AceyBongos). Episode 2, which streamed on April 10th, covered Xbox Backward Compatibility, Xbox FanFest, Xbox Spring Update, and a handful of developer interviews. The start of ForzaRC 2018 received a brief mention.

Xbox Wire has a preview of Episode 3 which only mentions State of Decay 2, so there’s no info about when the FM7 segment will appear. Per the article, the show starts at 6:30pm Pacific time and will probably run for 90 minutes.

Doubt it’s another partnership announcement. Could be either expansion or Horizon reveal or BOTH? With all the hubbub about Forza Horizon “5” from Walmart maybe they will announce it early to quell peoples fears about missing a game lol. I hope it’s something good and not just another car pack.

I am thinking that it was a false leak because the leak showed Forza HORIZONS 5, We all know that its Horizon not Horizons. so it leads me to believe this was done by a prankster. Not only that but it says publisher was EA? Makes no sense man.

As I said before, I expect nothing more than some ForzaRC announcements or something. Just keeping my hopes low.

While I agree that keeping the expectations low I highly doubt that this will be ForzaRC related since we are not talking about a Turn10 stream, but a XBox stream. However it´s strange that they are announcing something without giving any hint, so I do not think it´ll be an ordinary car pack. Maybe just a bigger update with bugfixes and some free cars, but I do not expect an expansion or anything like that.

Considering this is a Forza Motorsport 7 reveal, I think Forza Horizon 4 will be saved for the E3. Expect a tease at best.

Mid Ohio somewhere in there would be welcome indeed along with Belle Isle Park in the Motors City!!! I just hope the news don’t disappoint as this is one of the longest periods in any Forza game without some announcements of major things to come. It could be that whatever is being introduced has taken a long time to build and hence the delay, which is acceptable. But any news short of track expansions will be a complete waste of time. As to cars, we have enough of them already!

All things considered, I’m surprised they have any news at all at this point.

I honestly thought that the last car pass pack would be it. The free '18 Honda Civic was a nice gift (even though it sounds like someone blowing their nose when pushing the throttle).

Has to be some expansion news if its something new and exciting then it really needs to Impress as FM7 has been the worst Forza game i have played yet without a question

It bugs me that I feel compelled to be home at 6:00 on Thursday to watch this event for fear of missing an exclusive car. An expansion of FH4 announcement would be cool, but otherwise I’d be perfectly happy to read about it on Friday morning.

No reason to think they will be giving out a car in this stream. Highly doubt it.

They might be giving other types of rewards but definitely not in-game content unless it’s a DLC key.

Agreed, particularly given that it’s an xbox stream and not a Forza one. Still bugs me.

Anyway, back to the speculation on the announcement!

Forza 7 is very near the top of the Forza Motorsports series for me. I do prefer the Horizons, though.

I agree, although I really dislike the way they’re doing the “locked cars” thing, overall I think the game is great.

About the livestream, I’ll try to keep my expectations low, but it doesn’t sound like it’s going to be anything related to ForzaRC, since it’s a Xbox livestream and not a Forza one.
