Replays - Can't pause Replays from Featured Multiplayer after Update 6.0 and Hotfix (1728224)

Bug Info: During replays from Featured Multiplayer, it is impossible to pause the playback. When changing player car to view, the player name selection bar does not reflect their current position in the race (it remains the original position they started the race in). Accessibility - UI - Disabling Moving Backgrounds does not disable it over the menu (Update 7.2)

The issue is the background animation (my car in the garage) initially appears, but then disappears when the menu UI is invoked. (Note: You can still see the blurred animation in each of the menus). If you allow the menu ui to disappear, the background animation reappears full screen and disappears again with any controller input.
