But… what makes it Ultimate instead of Great or any of the other too many levels ? Speed ? Accuracy (of the 180 deg maneuver) ? Quickness of the transition ? Wearing one of those backwards caps ? Driving a… well, no, obviously the car doesn’t matter, probably, though it would if they said so, maybe… 
And maybe sometimes a video is good 
Not that I need it for this, I always make my “legal u-turn when it is safe” like that. Doesn’t everyone ? In the game ! Not on the street… And they’re usually Ultimate or close but I honestly have no idea just what the requirements for that quality distinction are.

it worked for the j-turn, though, which I don’t get but makes the whole video quite amusing, that “okay, when are you going to do whatever it is?” anticipation
