Is there a way to paint your cars or the wheels with Flat Paint or Semi Glossy Paint?
I only see Glossy Paint in this game.
You have to go to the next tab. With lb and rb I believe. I’m in a lobby right now so I can’t check the buttons

The Paint Booth is a good place to ask questions regarding the livery editor.
Yeah in the paint colour picker RB to shift to the right until you’re at the last page, think it’s the third. Then you have matte paint, chrome, polarised, pearlescent, all sorts!
True, and to the OP, if you select a Matte finish, you can not paint any gloss over any section of the cars.
Any colours you place over the base coat is taken up by it.
So, achieving a duel matte and gloss finish can not be achieved. But there are workarounds that are best answered in the Paintbooth.
Seek out advice from the top level painters for detailed questions.
