Hi, my son has autism, and I am posting for him from his account. Although he has trouble verbally, he is quite proficient in racing games. He got XBOX One Forza 7 for Christmas and tells me he is not earning the rewards after completing races. He has won 107 races so far, but no rewards. Is this a known issue? What can we do to get this resolved? Thanks.
Update: now 15 cars appeared but he says still no rewards (cash and points). He says he won races in Miami and didn’t get rewards. Now I see that yes, he had earned rewards in the past to buy the cars but rewards are no longer given. Suggestions anyone? Thanks!
Which rewards? Do you mean he doesn’t receive credits after a race? If he uses this gamertag too then he must have received credits before somehow, because he has bought 17 cars with it (according to his progress of some achievements).

Thanks! I had him check the game and now he has 15 cars! So he is happy and is enjoying the game. I guess you have to wait for awhile for the cars to appear? Hopefully the other two will appear soon.
The game is mostly division based, so if you enter a race and don’t have a car for that division it forces you to buy a new car. Maybe it’s something like that what confused him.
