So first off I am trying to help a friend. He is having an issue with 2 different errors. Usually they come one after the other.
First error he gets is one that says “TOO MANY SAVES You have too many saves of this file type please delete some from the file manager before saving more.” He gets these errors anytime he tries to save any files that he creates, although it will allow him to download other players tunes, designs, and vinyls. We have deleted a few files of each from his hub hoping he just had too many created saves, but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue…
Secondly he is dealing with auction house problems too. He does have several cars that has auctioned but were not sold, or cars that he has won. If he tries to collect the car or credits he gets the same message as above and then right after one that says "RESOLVE FAILED - The Forza Horizon servers are unavailable at this time. Please try again later.
So what we have tried so far.
-Deleted files from the hub
-Reinstalled the game
-Deleted the saved data and re- synced his profile
-Removed cars from his garage (390 cars are in his garage now)
And for the comedians, Yes we did try
Deleting his saved data from both the cloud and console…
Throwing the xbox out of the window…
Microwaved the Forza disk for 30 seconds on high heat…
And Caught a tiger by the toe, made him holler and let him go…
And yes of course I can also joke too! But for now anyone have any real suggestions or know how?
