On first sight, this small hatchback looks like your average grocery getter with a single pair of doors. Once you turn the key in the ignition, however, that’s where the real fun starts. The Fiat Bravo HGT 20V is powered by a 2.0 litre, naturally aspirated 5 cylinder engine which produces 154 PS. Combined with its weight of under 1200kg, this is more than enough power to guarantee fun both in and out of track. This makes it an amazing car for the series. Now imagine it competing against other sportier hatchbacks of the era, like the Volkswagen Golf Mk4 VR5, the Ford Focus ST170, the Honda Civic VTi or the forgotten Opel Astra G OPC, just to name a few.
