Ok i have this issue and it started this morning. My game doesnt want to load and i just tried turning down the settings by a lot and it did load, but it shows 110-144 fps but the game lags a lot and thus its unplayable. Im with an rtx 2080ti and I9-9900k
Similar issues over the past few weeks. Not “loading” per se but definitely running hot and crashing with settings that used to work great.
