2 Xbox One S and a PC we playing /convoy/ , everybody have Xbox One S controller with hedaset with mic.
In the game next to the username visible the mic sign… Settings - Voice - Microphone ON
Why we can not voice chat?
Maybe I do it something wrong?
Don’t worry, they not going to fix it. U have to use third party app to chat. Like xbox app or discord. Issue is up since launch. If you try to submit ticket they gonna reply that they know about this issue. Close it and mark as solved. If you ignore the problem you don’t have to fix it 
The only way to hear someone I think is being in convoy on both xboxes (no pc) with original controlers and mics.

But the 2 Xbox can not talk each other too, and we are in convoy.
Not only me with pc, nobody can talk.
Everybody see on them machine mic working fine, and the game shows mic, but no audio.
All machine Settings - Audio . Microphone ON
