I bought FH3 and it was a good game. I had fun for a long time then I decided to buy the hot wheels DLC.

It downloads normally up until that point, then it just stops completely. I tried resetting cache, logging in and out, and I even did SFC scan.
I paused and restarted the download, cancelled it completely, tried the BITS troubleshooter, and none worked.
It’s not a problem with my wifi because my wifi managed to download FH3 normally without any trouble.
I also tried just waiting to see if it would just progress, and it wouldn’t. Sometimes, the download would change from ‘Downloading…’ to ‘Calculating download size’ and ‘Almost ready’ and ‘Checking product files’, then back to ‘downloading’. Ultimately, there is no progress and it is stuck at 421 MB.
As of the time of submitting this post, it is still stuck and I have waited over an hour. It is still downloading.
