I was wanting to play Forza Horizon 3 again and I couldn’t find any info on this. But if you unlocked #Forzathon rewards back in 2016-2018 when the game was still going, will you still be rewarded those when starting up a new save file in 2024?
Did you just get the game recently and got ur data saved also saw ur stuff/Forzathon stuff there too? if that makes sense and sorry I cant help you with this…
No. I was wanting to buy the game again since you can’t get it in the Microsoft Store anymore and with where I live, the closest shop that might have it is almost 2 hours away. And if I’m gonna have to start completely from scratch without getting my #Forzathon rewards like you used to when you made a new save file, then I’ll just play Horizon 1 or 4 again.
@Tec_9_IceFox Forzathon challenges are only available for a limited time. The last 4 challenges were brought in in February 2019. The game isn’t supported or updated anymore so there won’t be any new challenges in the future.
However, if you’re logging in with the same Xbox account as when you used to play the game, all your progress is saved—still, no option to redo old Forzathon challenges.
I know they’re not doing new #Forzathon challenges. I also know you can’t redo old #Forzathon challenges. That’s stuff’s not what I was asking about.
So when you say “all your progress is saved”, does that mean the new save file will be rewarded all of the #Forzathon rewards that I obtained on the old save file back before 2019?
If you’re logging in with the same account that you’ve obtained all these rewards on, then yes. All the progress, cars, credits, achievements, DLCs, etc. will be loaded from the cloud when you start the game. It may and may not take several minutes to complete this task.
