I unfortunately never got to play this game on Xbox One as I didn’t have one at the time. But why can’t the 360 version work for Forza Rewards? This is a game that is currently impossible to get. No codes or discs exist. Honestly, it shouldn’t even be counted. But if it’s going to be, surely it should be both versions.

I have no idea where you live, but eBay alone lists 50+ used disc copies of FH2 one XB1 in almost every region.
That’s for FH2, not the Fast & Furious standalone which is completely separate and cannot be downloaded anywhere. There are no discs or codes, it was free and was only available for a short time.

That’s correct for the FH2:FF standalone game.
Since you can’t buy it anymore the only possible way is to find a friend who has FH2:FF for XB1.
He can log in with his account on your XB1 and downloads the game to your console. After that you can play the game under your account using the XB1 gameshare feature between all the accounts logged in on one console. Or even offline using the ‘home console’ feature.
