FH Car Voting - Questions and Corrections (READ the first post)

I’ve always loved the later Evos, one day I’d love to buy either an VIII or a IX but unfortunately they’re very rare in my country (South Africa) and I haven’t actually seen one for sale ever.

I’ve seen a few Evo X’s but they’re super expensive unfortunately and I haven’t seen anything earlier.

I hope you get your hands on a CT9A. Please be aware that the torque between the 8 and 8MR is much different than the numerical difference of 0.8. It may be the same if you upgrade, but if you keep it stock, it’s an important difference. I wish you success.

The North American “Nismo 350Z” in the voting section is “Version Nismo” in Japan. I wouldn’t know unless you listed both, like “Nismo 350Z / Version Nismo”. That’s unkind.
The Nismo350Z voting item needs to be renamed to “Nismo 350Z / Version Nismo”.

KS: Can’t edit polls unfortunately, use the Market Poll at the top to vote on the Japanese version instead. I’ve also added a note to the top of the post to mention the naming difference.

The model is sold as the Mazda 6e in Europe.

@KillerSpectre21
I already voted when I understood that the NISMO 350Z and the Version NISMO are the same. My concern is that by voting for the NISMO 350Z, T10 and PGG will think that I have accepted the LHD. My preference is the Version NISMO of RHD, not the NISMO 350Z of LHD.

The poll mentions both engines being inline-4’s, these are inline-6’s.

KS: Unfortunately can’t edit it now, if the Poll is reset in the future the error can be fixed.

Missing voting topic from the FH voting index

the alternative names of this model are somewhat wrong, also to differenciate it from the regular hilux i recommend use “Toyota Tamaraw”

the correct alt names are:

  • Toyota Hilux Rangga (Indonesia)
  • Toyota Hilux Champ
  • Toyota Hilux Stout (Peru)

KS: Fixed

Production began in 2014 in Europe and in 2016 in North America and ended worldwide in 2024

This topic needs polls as well
