For me it’s the Trial, Championships including Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure, the Eventlabs and the Treasure Hunt.
I also completed the High Performance Series 20 back when it was the first time around in April 2023 already, so I’m pretty sure that’s the problem, especially because the Treasure Chest wasn’t there and appeared as collected on the map immediately after I had solved the quest riddle.
The windy city, and the hot on the trial both didn’t award points upon completion

The Trial / EventLab / Championship / Treasure Hunt >> not awarding points for completion
Did the Trial and both event lab races, got the rewards and it also shows as completed on the map but in the series playlist screen I didn’t get any points for them, they don’t show as completed and don’t have the golden filter
Should note that I received the car, but did NOT get the points. I guess that means I get to do it again. Oh boy, can’t wait …

As per your request:
All Season Events except Complete Arcade Round and the 3 stunts, only receive rewards, no points. The Playlist card items all still show as active, but the events on the map show as completed.
Challenges, Monthly Rivals, Daily Tasks work as intended, 20 point reward works, series overview reflects current status accurately.
Treasure doesn’t appear with Steam account.
so i will join this too, cause trial, two eventlab, champioships and monthly rivals didnt give me points
Same Here! Just logged on and started to play through when I noticed that I wasn’t getting the points only the prizes from the events. Danger sign HAS given me the point though like others have said. Please sort this PGG.
I went to do the treasure hunt bounty, only to notice nothing at the location (because I completed it previously). I instantly felt something was off from there, and after realizing my points didn’t get added to the playlist,
Clearly you guys hadn’t noticed this type of bug during testing? Before the playlist replay even started? It isn’t very reassuring to me.
Events/Stunts I did:
Treasure Hunt: “Charmed, I’m Sure”
Speed Zone: “Atlantes de Tula”
Speed Trap: “Swamplands”
Danger Sign: “Ridge Crest”
One of the EventLab events? Can’t remember.
Forza EV: Chihuahua Circuit
Monthly Rivals: Dunas Blancas Sprint

If only the bug involved giving me the points but not the nuisance prize car. 
But these things just refuse to work in my favour. 
Same problem on regular xbox one, did the trial, no points.
Any news on a fix for this yet? I’ve looked online but can’t seem to find anything on it!
Same issue here, XBox ONE. Just a wild guess: Horizon 5 did NOT install any new content for this new month. Usually I had to download 10 GByte for the new Festival Playlist - NOT this time. Maybe they tried to add some New content without installinglots of new data and this cause those Problems.
