Anyone know the Forzathon Shop yet? Hoping for the 850CSi still.
Not the 850CSi, I’m afraid.
An FE Bentley and the Alpine A110, I think (not 100%).

That’s a shame, maybe next week.
I might pick up another Alpine though.

Stock superlights. Fantastic.

Dang it! I thought you meant the 2017 Alpine A110, the rare one. Really weak shop this week in that case.
Went as well as I expected. 2 team losses so didn’t bother with third race.
Don’t actually need any of the cars from this season (even the 911gt1 for the series) so I did some quick PR stunts and quit the game.
Yeah it’s the older one. It’s normally only available through ranking up in dirt races so if you want more than one as the original owner this is the way I’ve seen. It’s the third time I’ve seen it in the shop iirc. Otherwise the only option is the auction house. I collected them but haven’t done much past that.
Otherwise the 19 gt3 rs, civic and focus are the htf prizes this season.
Happy to avoid the stock Caterham trial. Hopefully the next series will be better prize and subject wise.

Ah, sorry about that!
I just checked the FH4 Fandom Cars page where it stated ‘Alpine A110’ as one of the abbreviations for the 1973 Renault model.
Just in case you missed it, the BMW 850CSi is the reward for 80% Series completion at the mo (S66).

Holy crap, I had lost hope last month. Thank you for telling me this man, hugely appreciated.

And the AE86 is in the shop if you need one/another.
Since there’s no thread this week, I guess I’ll just post this here.
That is, without a doubt, the worst Trial I have ever experienced in the history of Forza Horizon. And that’s not an exaggeration. Absolutely horrible.
It took me 5 attempts total, every time I was matched with horrible teammates who were either slow, rammers, or just generally drove like Nicholas Latifi. On my first attempt, some dude in a 959 was so offended by the possibility that I might actually overtake him that he just rammed me into a wall in Edinburgh. Fun stuff!
And the AI, oh god the AI. For some reason they were all using F40s, and in the hands of the AI, that car is apparently about as stable as the current US economy. They couldn’t keep it in a straight line, they were just ramming into each other and us, spinning out, hitting barriers and traffic, etc. The front 3 AI were also incredibly overpowered and completely ran away.
What a horrendous event. Hopefully the remaining events are better.

It took me 4 attempts to get enough people to form a team - ended up with 3 of us vs the AI. Thankfully the other 2 turned up in a tuned car they could handle, and it was 3 races and done. Would not have fancied trying that again.!
Similarly, in the 1st and 3rd races the AI F40s were shod with what appeared to be KlingKlong Radial Finest Ditchfinders, as they whanged themselves off into the scenery
(Second race, 2 of them disappeared off into the distance, but us humans finished 3/4/5 so job done!)
Actually had a good trial myself last Thursday.
Had a guy msg me to apologise for a dive bomb in race 2 but I hadn’t taken notice cos fh4 netcode is so poor. Respect none the less.

I’m happy to hear you got a good one. Were the AI really bad for you as well? The first time I remember them being this bad was that S2 British trial a while back, and they’ve been just like that since.
Tbh I bashed it out last Thursday so bit hazy but I think they were as bad as usual. #fh4things the f40 tune I had helped get away from them so I missed the worst

Today’s trial was the worst I’ve had in a while on fh4.
Holy trinity and reservoir sprint which has awful netcode imo, one of the worst for a fast trial.
Two attempts and quit the second time on the second race event we were down by 1000 points+. No point in staying on.
Rage. Will try again later

Current attempt went just as bad. 2-0 down. Many frustrate.
The ai out front seem especially speedy this week on the sprints
2 further attempts. Raah.
Finally won 2-1 with the aid of one other capable driver and 3 people dropping out
