I’ve got similar issues with the menus. On a console with wheel also, so I often have to fire up a controller to get the missing buttons that don’t seem to work on the wheel. LSB & RSB are two that just won’t map on console.
Doesn’t just affect this but switching hood / running modes for certain cars also. It needs fixing.
As an example, Ford Mustang Mach-E 1400 needs RSB to switch from RWD to AWD, Mercedes-AMG ONE needs RSB to switch from Track to Highway
yep… have had issues with those as well

It’s been an issue for wheel users throughout every iteration of FH amd FM.
I asked Logitech, MS, T10 and PGG to find the problem and fix it but they all blame each other so it’s never been sorted.
Poor customer service from all IMO.

I’m on vacation but might have time to chip away at this weeks playlist….but how do I do that on I-phone?
I have gamepass,
I have a compatible I-phone,
I have the Xbox app,
I have the whole game downloaded to console,
I have the ability to pick up a controller,
How do I get this to work? The app only provides an option to download the game only?
What’s going on? The Microsoft store help isn’t helpful.
If you have Game Pass Ultimate, you should be able to stream it from the I-phones web browser.
I can’t remember what Xbox website you need to log into. I’ll look for it.

You need to have Game Pass Ultimate to be able to stream games.
You can also use remote play, but You need to have the feature enabled in your console settings.

Yep, your save should sync up from the cloud.
Very nice finally getting some new Road Races for sure. I realize it’s the “American Automotive” series, but happened across the Mansory Lamborghini Carbonado GTS & had to attempt to recreate the design, incorporating the Lambo Raging Bull silhouette. Was pretty pleased with the results & have shared it for anyone who would like to check it out. The Bull silhouette effect is tough to capture with a still pic, hence the quick video.
(BTW: if you’re not familiar with Mansory, definitely would recommend checking them out.)

This 40 point playlist ends up pushing me into running The Trial, which I typically avoid, but this tune definitely made it easier. First race was a total wreck-fest, but I was able to glide past the pile-ups. I managed 2nd among the humans, but the AI got away & we ended up losing. Second race was better & was able to get ahead of the AI with teammate & we finished 1st & 2nd for the win. Guess we got an early Xmas present bc it gave us the overall win with no tie-breaker

The previews don’t quite do the blackout Mustangs justice. It looks like it’s just black, but the Prismacolor rainbow shows in the light. It’s an interesting but somewhat more subtle look.

I played a bit more than usual yesterday just to get the Belvedere and I am glad I did. I absolutely love this car. It may just be my most favorite in FH5.

The black out seemed to work better. Tried the prismacolor white w/ white paint but it looks more grey.

The events this week weren’t bad, main issue I noticed is that we had a street racing championship and two one-offs that required a street race, but the cars for the one offs don’t qualify for the championship so it feels like someone dropped the ball in planning.
Also there’s a massive discoverability problem with the custom car lists for events, “iconic movie cars” is not obvious and when looking at eligible cars it only shows currently eligible vehicles, not cars that can be upgraded. Huge UI design miss.
However putting new exclusive cars behind the 40pt weekly reward is a really low move, players without gold or the expansions cannot earn enough points for those cars. Engagement numbers must be dropping so there’s pressure to squeeze players to play more, which will probably squeeze a lot of players right out of the game.

To me, this one just screams “Lowrider”, so gave it a go. It may look pretty straightforward, but this actually took hours to complete. Decided to go with a deep purple metallic flake with some white fade accents that really creates some nice colors in the sun. Updated my “El Jefe” design from Diá de Los Muertos to create a club tag.
Tuned it out with the modified stock engine to A class in a road configuration & it handles really well. Both shared below (including the club vinyl) for anyone interested. As always, for anyone who gives them a try, thanks very much for supporting my work; it’s greatly appreciated & hope you enjoy!

Wow, this Trial restriction was horrific for stock enthusiasts. The half-dozen or so eligible cars included the Mach E, a Hot Wheels car with zero handling, and a couple of Formula Drift machines. I had to get down to a [REDACTED] GT with a PI in the 830s to get an actual normal car. I still managed to finish midpack in the first race in front of the majority of the AI, and then in the second I had to mount a late charge to snag 3rd and just eke out a team win. Fortunately the AI was even more brake-happy than usual on that one.
