I hope my comments helped.
A little odd that this is here, but not the MKIV Supra. I can’t think of any movie other than the obvious that the 2G Eclipse appeared in and the Supra definitely was more iconic and had more screen time in that film.
Ug, back to 3 laps on the long hot wheels circuits. Why?
Something for the Trial.

well, they work for me
I even really enjoyed the hours-long events in Motorsport 6, though I didn’t turn up the length in Motorsport 7, don’t want them that long ALL the time
Because Forza.
Got it. Love the prism stripes. Fits the name of the Trial too.
Got to a quick lead in the Trial but a COPO Camaro corner bombed me but was able to finish with a respectable 3rd place.
In the 2nd race the same COPO Camaro knocked me out of a checkpoint, but I was gratified to catch up to him in time to see him crash into a corner and flip his car. Clawed my way back to another 3rd place.
I don’t have the share code handy but if you’re looking for a supreme handling Mustang you could check out my '16 Mustang Shelby GT 350R. Really nice to drive.
I feel like the gravity was changed in the second Eventlab race because I’m pretty sure my E-Ray never handled like that before.
so I got 39 points with my Camaro ZL1 1LE tune and just have to visit the stadium tomorrow to get 40
also a nice surprise in the trial, I took the first race and @SpikoMCO took the second

Anybody else notice the speed zone target for Costa Rocosa? Seems like the Delorean would be appropriate for that one…
The Belvedere is cool. No LS3 swap but a centrifugal upgrade for its stock engine.
Best part is a level 3 rear tire profile size upgrade. Gives it a dragster look.
The Trial was horrible. Was put together with a lot of “me, me, me” players and got rammed past a checkpoint in the first and rammed multiple times in the second race. Still finished after two races.
The first Eventlab track is a disgrace. Who ever picked this should have his/her head examined. The same goes for the creator. Why would you even want to create a race track where the tips of corn plants are sticking through the surface on about 90% of the track? Who thinks this is fun and something that we need?
The second track wasn’t bad except for the boosters. Why on earth does somebody put such crap on such a track? Can this stuff please get limited to the HW map?
The 40 points where relatively easy achieved this time. Maybe even to easy.
The new tracks are a welcome addition. I just hope they also get included in the Horizon Tours but actually doubt it with how PGG handles their stuff. Certain cars like the 911 Speedster are still missing from the “Open Top” car selection there after all the time for example.
Me too! The ol’ 79 Z28 went from never used to doing it all!
Edit: Actually got 47 with the arcade and the daily! (I used it to kick footballs as well)
Happy driving all!
Judging from your license plate, are you sure the issue is with the EL? (love the plate btw
)
Posted in wrong thread, oops.
Thanks @PlageBLN for that fantastic S550 tune + livery combo. Shame I got a messy second race in the Trial.
First race actually went pretty well. I started last but nailed the start and avoided the chaos the Mach-E [Redacted] AI were causing, and overtook 4 cars at once at that hairpin on Vista del Mar where everybody crashes, taking the lead. I kept it from there and cruised about 3-4 seconds ahead of one of my teammates in a 1LE Camaro.
Then the second race happened. Good start, got up to second, started chasing the RTR for the lead and then…
This is why we can’t have nice things.
No problem and thanks. Yes, the AI Mach-Es were bad but so was a COPO that did impossible things in the first race.
Such players are nothing but a PITA. I wish they’d introduce “Bad Sport” servers like they’ve in GTA:O and throw such scum in there. There they can ram and disrespect each other all the way they want while the clean players can actually have some proper races.
What a great car and tune - the 2017 Camaro ZL1 SulexPagMan Balanced. I’m no good at tuning and average at driving but I did quite a bit of practicing at the Vista Del Mar Sprint yesterday. Must have driven round the nasty corner near the start 30 times trying to find the best line and braking point/method. Today went round all the AI at the corner easily and none of the AI or my teammates could catch up to me. I got first and the team scored well over 3,000 points. Of course for the 2nd race I started right at the back and two teammates kept blocking me but in the end we won the 2nd race comfortably.
It really grinds my gears because this is a TEAM RACE. We’re all supposed to just beat the AI. The fact that he slammed me into that wall cost us a 1-2, which could’ve hurt the team if the rest of my teammates weren’t scoring good points.
You think you’re faster? Cool, get past me when the opportunity is there but don’t lose us time. I might even leave the door open and let you through if I know I’m slower. But seriously, rear-ending me and destroying my chance at a win or even 2nd? Who does that benefit? Do you really care about the 1 position that doesn’t even matter because it’s a team race? We would’ve been just fine with a clear 1-2 if he had stayed behind or even just, and I know this sounds crazy, attempted a clean pass! gasps
one of the two reasons I only beat 2 robots in the two Trial races I did was someone getting past me, putting me back from being in front of 4 to being in front of 0, clawed it back to 3 nearly 4 then my driving went wrong near the last bend so only beat 2
