I’ve finished three since launch day by the skin of my teeth after dozens of failed attempts dude, and every time it hasn’t popped and gone gold or honoured me the points.
Another week, another locked out challenge.

3 Daredevil skills in the 488 Pista. How am I supposed to do Daredevil skills? No cars in either online or solo. None. No other cars on the road. RIDDLE ME THAT MANTEOMAX

If somebody can drive and need some Playlist help, we can do it together. I don’t use mic and live in GMT TZ. I will do some arcades too. Yesterday I did around 10 and it worked like a charm.
Well… some ppl here might say different. IT IS COMPLETELY BROKEN!
Why I am always alone or max with one other player then? I did finish 1 (yes ONE) Arcade Event since launch of the game!!
Oh, and why are there again Level 1 Players on our team messing up the Trial?

Hi, today the season is changed to spring, and obviously there are also new challenges and races in the playlist.
I have a trouble in in one of them in particular, I’m talking about the “Getting Sideways” challenge, where you need to perform 5 Ultimate Drift Skills in Horizon Open Drifting.
I use this method: I join a Drift Open event and, during the race, I make 5 or more ultimate drift skills, and then I left the lobby to see if I achieved it.
Unfortunately it won’t achieve and Idk why, I tried 2 or 3 times. Idk if it’s bugged or not.
Did you get the accolades?
I managed four in a row earlier, but the accolades wouldn’t count past two wins and then reset itself to zero.
Finishing a Drift event in a Japanese car is another that’s borked for me.
Ah, I don’t know. I do online for accolades but in the long run. So I don’t care what I do there.
Speed zone was easy with S209 w/ Nick’s tune.
I tried jump with stock '19 Vantage. Just a bit short. Decreased tyre pressure a bit and took sport weight reduction which was probably overkill since I completed it with S1 813 car.
Next I tried speed trap with stock '17 GT-R. Once again a bit short. Did exact same I did to Vantage and completed it with S1 829 car. Not too bad this time.
I made a challenge card to complete this, share code 611 386 260 if it helps anyone. Just a blast down the highway with traffic.

Hi all, new here and new to Forza Horizon. Since I only started playing this week, I’ve missed 3 seasons so I am wondering if it is possible for me to go back and do the challenges in the other seasons or once that week is over they (and the prizes) are all lost? Likewise, could you advise whether it’s possible to go back through Series? For example, when it goes into Series 2, can I go back and complete Series 1?

Well I guess you define broken different than a good number of us.
They cut down on the time from 15 minutes to 10 minutes
They offer too many of these events too often to the point that it is rare to get enough players to complete the activity. (In 10 attempts at Arcade I have been the only player all but once, and that time there were 2 of us.
There is no alert that I have seen that tells me an event will be starting.
So yeah, if Arcade is NEARLY impossible to complete the majority of the time, yes it is broken by my definition. At minimum it is unplayable to completion for most of us, most of the time so play a semantics game all you want.

Of course it’s bugged. Didn’t work for me either
IMO it was for two reasons:
- Difficulty
- They really thought everyone would be all over it (hence the multiple events)
Turns out, yes, FH5 has what, 12 million players? But they are all doing exactly the same they always did in Forza: cruising, racing, drifting. Instead of refining that (actually they sorta did, that’s what the new physics is for), they choose to waste development time with gimmicks nobody cares about.
My personal take on it? They would’ve gotten much more out of the game if they had added many more and interesting upgrades to the cars, body parts, etc. Casuals love Forza but not for battle royale and gimmicks, they want to drive around in cool cars.

The MB Racing Truck was one of the biggest losers of FH5.
Not only did it get a retrained (FE) version to replace it with, but it also can’t reach top of A800 with any of its upgrades. Fully upgraded with AWD and Volvo engine, it goes straight to S1. So you must race it at B699 (it can’t be B700 either!). It’s clearly intended to be raced on its own, in a single make event.
Anyway, racing it in B class puts you against a field of Unimogs (AI is too dumb to downgrade). Or you can run the Unimog yourself, although it’s a terrible road racer (probably worst in the game!). Or just leave it at A700 something since this game has no ranked and no clean leaderboards, so competitive and classes don’t matter.
You edit an XML file to do that. A trainee can do it.
Nevertheless, it amuses me how Playground has NEVER even tried to address the bugs publicly. It’s as if they think the game is perfect, that they’re perfect.
Or they’re scared to reveal the idol has flaws.
I used an S1900 Vantage (the new one). My car has 800 something bhp I think.
I had the opposite problem you did: the front lifts and the car spins backwards. But I had a good landing, so I did it first try.
And of course. The event “getting sideways” is bugged too.
