I’ve found that you need front aero to achieve max speed for that speed trap, which is considerably faster than the car’s top speed if geared correctly
edit: I was thinking of a different speed trap. this one needs a higher front ride height to keep from bumping the ground and slowing down right before the speed trap.
stock Taycan WP is very close, around 278, not sure if a different tactic or approach would help, but it barely reaches 290 before that.
I found three non-dlc that when tuned were over 296mph on the first attempt each. The RTR S5, 19 911 and 98 Supra were pretty easy. I found a couple others that were close to 290 like the GT86. All under the 200k with parts. I have some cleanup to do and I’ll share them Wed/Thurs.
Tbh there’s probably many more but I don’t know of an efficient way for players to find the right car/tune.
Drove from the city to the top of the beach (by even lab island) and then just down the beach, and after a bit it popped - vague, even by the usual low standards of the Treasure Hunts.
Spotted in the wild @Rayne_SE in one of the seasonal championships. Not such an enjoyable time for me with several road blocking AI and teammates deciding that my car was the best form of braking but what can you do.
Forum member day for me
Met @Beermachine66 in the Dirt championship afterwards.
But yeah, the teammates were horrendous in both championships.
I saw they were blocking you in the first race. In the second one pushed me out of a checkpoint.
In the championship with @Beermachine66 there were two guys deliberately crashing others. Just wanted to get away as fast as possible.
Guanajuato central up to the Playa Tranquila water.
Drove that route four times but can’t get that mother to trigger.
Nothing.
