I too took a break after FM4 and only came back a month or so ago. I guess you can never truly get Forza out of your system.
Akira is looking great. Looking forward to seeing what this ends up on.

Done, and it turned out pretty much as I’d hoped. I never was one for a really busy livery, preferring to go for something cleaner and crisper.

Well, I might fiddle with this a bit more. I was thinking about adding the large city-sized bright white and blue explosion in the background of the right side, as well as a few larger pieces of debris. Oh, and I’m not happy with how the cape flows into the rear arch, so I may add an extra upward swoop to help it flow a bit better.
As for the next project, I was thinking about a Rockstar energy drink livery for my current workhorse, the A700 class BMW M4. I know it’s already been done, but I don’t use other peoples artwork on my cars. I paint it myself, or it stays standard!
I’m not a fine artist. Cartoons are about as far as I go, but logos are my forte.
Thought I may as well alter the thread title and just dump stuff in here!
A start to my next ‘thing’!
Working out a base for my new livery. The odd glitch on the front splitter of the Sagaris has led me to re-plan the design!

Will download Akira now its done , nice start on Sonic, graphics & colours look spot on !
I haven’t uploaded Akira yet. I haven’t got around to adding the couple of extra touches. Also, work on Sonic has stopped for the moment, as I found (and completed) a lovely M4 livery I spotted a few days back. Will upload shots later and see how it’s judged!
I’d been looking for a nice livery for my M4 for a while. Then, the other day, one of my favourite YouTubers uploaded a video of Albin Mächler in his M4, hillclimbing in Switzerland. Fell in love with the livery, researched it, and got it done.
In its time, it’s gone through various layouts regarding sponsors, numbers and placements, so I had to work around it as best I could.
All logos created by myself, as I plan on sharing it if it goes down well!

Right, Akira is done and shared. The robe has been extended into the arch, and I added a little rage to the right hand side!

If anyone already downloaded the M4 livery, you might want to download it again. I was looking it over, and ended up tilting a couple of items on each side by a couple of degrees. It makes a world of difference!
