Fanatec V2 wheel not being recognized

Anyone here having issues with there wheel not working. I’ve gotten my wheel to work 4 times, It’s hit & miss sometimes it recognizes it. Has anyone experience this & what did you do to fix it. Thanks

I use a CSR elite.
The game sees it every time but only if the wheel is on and in PC mode before I start the game otherwise it does not do anything at all.
