Failed to open the next race, Game crashes

After last update, I’ve strugeled to continue my career.
I can compete in showcase events normally and start new series normally.
I can even drive the first competition in every series, but forza fails to load the next race.
Loading can take up the 20 minutes and loading just continues.

Now I discovered an error from windows event viewer and this is the error:

Yesterday I ended up uninstalling the game. Then I downloaded and re-installed the game and now I cannot get past the Turn 10 Studios slpash screen. Game just freezes up.

After reviewing the error message above, I moved whole Forza 7 installation into another HD.
But I still can’t get into game and play.
Now I get this error message:

What now? Do I have uninstalla and download the whole game again?

After full unistall and removing all registry entries of Forza 7, I re-downloaded the whole and installed it onto another HD, game finally seems to work.
And to be sure, I followed this advice also:

I wonder why I can not change the car’s gears when I go into the set-up?
