Failed to join party game.

Ive run into this issue where i cant join games created by my roomate that is in my same house when we are in a party. Ive joined other party members games. Its only when trying to connect “in house” that we encounter this issue. Can someone please help?

Both Xbox One’s are running static ip addresses and both have open NAT.

Haven’t had that issue but have had other party issues, try this. If you have auto on (able to turn xbox on with voice) turn it off (can turn it back on later) and do a hard reset by powering off at the xbox leave off for a minute or so then turn back on. Hopefully this helps, get your roommate to do the same.
