Anyone know the best f50 setup i have used BTR tunes and Gtz Chriz also but how do they seem to squeeze out so much. In road to american im number 91 or so with the same setup as gtz how do they shave those seconds without cutting. Any help would be nice.
You might already know this but here’s some possible pointers or things at least that I would think about…
Find in the gears where is best to change gear in terms of RPM. The way I personally do this is by trying to notice at what RPM range through a single gear does the car accelerate the most and then change when that accel slows(the numbers/speed don’t go up as fast) or slightly after. If your next gear ends up being in a RPM that feels too low then just push the previous gear a little further.
Road america has a lot of straight’s as well so the corners that precede these straights are very important to your lap time. Getting to top gear ASAP is important to squeeze out an extra few MPH
It’s a very nice flowing course - so race it that way you should never have to really slow down that much as there’s wide roads and run off tarmac parts you can use - use all the road!
Hope that helps
I’m yet to set a time there and @ #91 already you’re probably faster anyway lols - I run A Class though mostly
A combo of hitting the track correctly, keeping throttle control to maximize grip. You’re not going to get on here and run fast times in the first couple months. Forza takes time, it’s not a shooter where as if you get the concept of how to play them you’re decently good. It’s more difficult and takes more concentration then that, race the ghost around you see where you’re losing time and where you are faster. And wait for the ever great words to say… “oh… I’m pulling [gamertag]'s ghost hard.” It will make you better like “ok, that’s how you take the hairpin”.
Don’t get let down, this game is tough.
Too true @ holy puck. I just ran it S class because i was intrigued. Tracks tighter than I thought at least from previous forza’s. Pucks given some excellent advice here, I tried to give actual tips but going fast I think is just down to ability and know how. My tips still stand but the f50 nearly hits the red limiter or at least red line before the gear stops accelerating as much and the track still feels wide enough still so long as you get your line right. Keep pluggin and try changing your lines
