There are no Audis in this game and no car can go anywhere near 400mph.
I guess you mean 400km/h (about 250mph) but I can’t see any challenge requiring that speed.
i guess you are playing the 360 version
that bucket list is the combination of the 2 other speed zones you go through on the way to the final one, it’s not a glitch at all
