As a VIP and LE owner I was given 1250 tokens to spend. I decided to use them to try to accelerate my affinity with a few cars I have close to 25. What I found is that my XP is paying out at exactly the same rate as it would if I had not just dumped tokens on it. It shows the arrows as though the booster was active but when the XP is calculated at the end of the race the amount is exactly the same as when I do not have the boost on. I have used over half of these tokens already not realizing that the payout was not higher than normal.
These points were equal to real money. One of the reasons I chose to buy the more expensive VIP/LE game is because it came with 1250 tokens to help give me a jump start on the game since I bought the game later than most of my friends. I admit they are almost useless since the gifting of every DLC car but none the less, I paid for them and I want to use them.
