Got the game on Windows store, PC. Tried to download and I get this error message.: 0x803FB107. It seems like it’s trying to download the Hoonigan pack before the actual game.
When I go to downloads it says the Hoonigan Car pack is downloading. But gets error message: 0X80073D12
Help?
I have the exact same issues , errors on all downloads
Doesn’t even start to download just says pending then error

To fix the error try the given steps one by one:
1. Run the Windows apps troubleshooter, this helped in many cases to fix the issues while downloading and installing the apps.
2. Perform a clean boot
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Windows store app
4. Check game requirement
I had the same problem when I updated to Windows 10 1803 and tried to reinstall the game.
I don’t know if the problem has been fixed, but I was able to install Forza 7 correctly minutes ago. The folder is approximately 98Gb.
Prior to the installation, I stopped WindowsUpdate service, deleted the SoftwareDistribution folder, ran WSRESET and tried again.
