Hi

Re the Speciality Dealer - Has the check on whether you already own a car been taken away? I have over 700 cars and have not seen this message for a long while.

If you coose to purchase a car, if you don’t see full value of collector score, or it says you will get no collector score, you already own that car.

I use this feature, just look at the time to confirm the purchase, if the collector’s score is low, lower than offered by the seller.

That’s what I have seen previously.

It just struck me that it is highly unlikely that the offer just happens to contain cars that I need. Maybe it is correct because the cars are cheap ones and therefore ones I wouldn’t have purchased before.

Specialty Dealer will not tell you you already own a car, it treats each car as unique due to each having its own serial number. It is possible to buy duplicate cars from the SD and not get the warning.

This might be a glitch related to the dealers $100 offer this week, only one cheap car pr.

The house symbol has never appeared in the auction house but you used to get a message saying you already had the car and that you wont earn any points to your collection tier

As has been stated earlier the other way to know is if you only are going to get a small increase to your collection tier points
It’s not a glitch…its the way it was designed
