I am at Level Up 511 and the last 15 or so cars are duplicates so I have been taking the 50K CR I kind of figured once I get through them I might get offered the few remaining cars that are not locked that I don’t have. I am now back at the Shelby Cobra so I guess I might have to go through the whole cycle again. I know that buying them should bump them off but I do not really need them. Does anyone know if these will be replaced by the cars I don’t have if I don’t buy them or am I stuck in a loop?
Just a quick question - does the game somehow show to the players that it is a duplicate?

Sorry I missed your post. When a car comes up and it is already in your garage it does inform you and let you know it will not add to your collector value. You have to be sure to look because it is where you are asked do you want to buy the car and its upgrades?. I ended up with a couple of duplicates due to memory loss, itchy trigger finger and I am a bit of an idiot. You can still buy the car if you wish as sometimes you might like a certain model and keep one as standard and upgrade the other etc.

I get it… The collector blue is zero which mean you already have it. I take all the free ones though yu can sell them later, it will help me reach 700 cars.

Also once you have a lot of cars the memory can bring you unstuck. When you level up you get the choice of 50KCR - Car - Driver Suit. If you click on the car you still have to confirm that you want it and where it says in the panel that pops out from the RHS of the screen - Are you sure you want to buy the car and it’s upgrades for xxxxxx CR? Just above that, it tells you that it will not add to your collector score because you already own it.

If you sellect the car to buy it will ask you if you are sure and at the same time will tell you if you all ready have that car so if you do have it or decide you dont want it just sellect cancel.

Your lucky, you made it to level 511 before they started repeating. I noticed the repeating cycle somewhere around the level 260. Im sure it has always been this way but you don’t notice it early on cause most people ( including myself ) are to busy buying the cars and building the garage to notice.

Oh no this is the second and third time around for this 4/5 Tier and I had purchased some I am looking at now via the Level up already. My suspicion is correct because it is throwing up the same cars I am rejecting even in past few days. I was being offered these cars and then finished last race Sebring 300 in Careers about 4 weeks after I had completed everything else. When I finished Sebring it offered a lot of the free cars Tier 1/2 that I hadn’t seen so it must be tied to the career as well. I have about 8 million CR built up trying to trigger at least some of the cars I do not have but I fear it will only happen once I give up and go to the Car Collection and pay full price. Conspiracy!!
I know what I will do I will shove them into rewards to collect later and once it gives me the cars I want I will cash it all in for the 50K each and Bob’s your uncle.

That wont really work either Luna the aim of the game is buy every car even the ones you dont want and never the VW Type 2 camper van, it will keep offering you cars you dont have till you give up and buy them, I bought almost every Tier 1, 2 and 3 cars with race winnings that were not Locked so was only being offered Tier 4 and 5 cars at level up I then racked up enough credits to buy all tier 4 cars that were remaining and not locked. After that game has only offered Tier 5 cars.

I am aiming for every car in the game and in most tiers, only the locked cars are left.
Tier 1 - Only locked cars INCLUDING my Type 2 VW bus, Mercedes 300SEL, and Valiant/Dodge Charger left … sigh
Tier 2 - Only locked cars left
Tier 3 - Only locked cars left
Tier 4 - 4 unlocked cars remaining to get
Tier 5 - 6 unlocked cars remaining to get
So there are 10 cars there I would buy on level up but all I see is doubles which it tells me I already have them when I click on it.
Still haven’t got my Cheerleader driver suit either which is a disgrace.

Might as well take the cars and sell them at the auction house - I suppose it depends on how much they cost at level up but I imagine it wouldn’t be too difficult to get more than 50,000 profit.

The luck I have I would spend my CR on those and they will still be in the AH when it offers me the few cars I need and I’ll be broke. I just know it.
You just need a system to make sure to make a profit with every duplicate car that you get from leveling up, as a Dutchman myself it wasn’t to hard to come up with one that works.

I shall ask my friend the Tryin’ Scottsman he still has his grade 7 lunch money and makes the Dutch look like philanthropists. I will be rolling in CR but no doubt he will want his cut.

Got to love some comments best bet if you dont want them is just to take the cars if they buy price for you is less than 400,000, then buy the car and sell back to game as you do get 50% of the cars value in sell back so any car you buy that cost lees than 400,000 for you to get you will make money on eg car cost you 200,000 to buy total value of car is 600,000 you get 300,000 back for selling it back to game profit of 100,000

Well, I might have to do something soon because this is really starting to grind my gears now. I have 19 cars in rewards all which I had seen once at least before on rotation and must have level up 50 times to get one car I didn’t have. I counted 7 cars I don’t have in CC that are not locked and never seen those even once, Purchased 3 more BMW FE and a Merc AMG FE to make me feel better but it didn’t and I have earned enough CR chasing the level ups to go buy all the remaining stinking things at full price from CC. This is eating me alive here.

Looks like you will just have to bite the bullet and buy the cars you dont have from the dealer or car collection tab those that are not locked and can be bought that is, like I ended up doing and then just hope it offers up the odd unlocked car you can not buy like the Bayeron so ya can flog them of in the AH. Not that it dose that very often. Just waiting till they fix the cars we can not sell so I can flog of 4 monteys and the other HE level up car that I have 4 of as well as the bonus HE Cars we got gifted for the VIP mishap. Or just ignore the Cars and start collection suits as once you have collected so many suits you get offered A pack off 5 high end mod cards instead.

I get offered the Bugatti’s often enough and all those high-end Lambo’s. Still trying to get my head around the AH though because the Yellow 97 Diablo? Lambo in CC new is 1050’000CR I thought to check the AH knowing when I couldn’t afford it at level up it was 700’000CR in the AH it was starting at 900’000 with the Buy Out at 1175’000 and one started at 1050’000 buy out 1175’000 standard paint and not showing a tune. Although I have had a good deal or two there it seems more cost effective to go get new ones from CC. About 2 races after the AH scanning the Yellow Lambo come up on Level Up but that is the only car I didn’t have in must be 60 level Ups by now. Not that I am paranoid or anything but I have the feeling they must sit in the T10 boardroom and say … Any ideas on how we can antagonize Bethasia this week? She looks too happy. I have worn the tar off Le Mans chasing these few cars.
As for the high-end Mod cards, I reckon buying them is better value now than when it was the 5 mixed I get the Expert and Master 50K the pair and get more cards so even then better to take the 50K level up and go buy the crates.
I have been getting the BMW X6 and Range Rover every few level ups. I usually get them and make around 180k CR from them, but it is annoying not getting any decent cars.
