Ok, here is how I do it.
1.) I upload to Flickr
2.) When the photo is on Flickr I click the arrow icon
3.) Select grab HTML/BBCODE
4.) Copy the code

5.) Paste into the forums
In the end it should look like this!

If you Put [ IMG ]image url here[ /IMG ] but without spaces in the brackets they should work

i do exactly what ace said but copy the image URL on flickr by right clicking on the image and selecting copy image URL and use the image brackets
