I suggested this before but Drag engine upgrades would be cool to build powerful drag engines.

Give us the ability to choose different rear wheels and thicker tyres. Preferably only change the rear tyres as well (or front for FWD drag cars).

Add some wheelie bars, brake chutes and of course a working christmas tree!

It’s just too bad forza has ZERO interest in the American car scene. Unless it ain’t mainstream Euro there’s almost no chance we’ll ever see it in game. Can’t remember the last time we got a base model Modern Muscle in the game. Don’t even count the ct5 blackwing that’s just a c7 z06 in game with a new body and slower times.

The irony of it would be that realistic racing would be even less popular than it already is due to most 99% of the people who already play forza enjoy the most unrealistic cars/builds in existence and have zero interest in what it’d be like to actually enjoy these cars. For example all the people who fully weight reduct builds and max out the horsepower like absolute homos. It’d be a battle of who gets the better start every single build. What happened to 800hp cars that weigh 3,800lb’s vs 600hp cars that weigh under 3,300lb’s AKA weight to power ratio which is how it’s done irl. In forza’s case every build weighs about 2,800lb’s and makes 1,200hp . It might just be me but maxing out the build and racing is never fun to me unless it’s real life. What I’m tryna get it is where’s the fun in spamming the max upgrades and racing another person with the exact same mods as you……

Yeah I really don’t know how you came to that conclusion after reading this post but that’s cool dude, everyone is entitled to their own opinion

would like a small drag racing update! I think that’s missing from Forza Horizon 5! :ok_hand:

This includes the following upgrades :arrow_heading_down:

  1. An extra drag turbo for even more power that can be installed in any car.

  2. A brake parachute that can be installed on the rear of any car, but only as decoration.

  3. That you can change the rear tires on every car to different cross-sections and that you can make them up to 15 inches at the front and rear.

  4. That you can change the rims on each axle.

It would be nice to have the gravity scale an torque scale in game as well. In free roam in my opinion. It’ll get this cars to the hp level that we sorta want!! An be able to make prep an no prep surfaces

Subject: Suggestion for Forza Horizon 5 – Wheelie Bars, Parachutes, and Full Engine Swaps

Hi Forza Horizon Team,

I’d like to suggest some features that would greatly expand the customization and drag racing potential in Forza Horizon 5:

  • Add the ability to equip wheelie bars and parachutes on any drag car.
  • Allow all available engine swaps to be used in any vehicle, with balance restrictions if needed.

This would give players the freedom to build wild drag setups across the entire car roster — from muscle cars to compacts — and reflect the creativity seen in the real-world custom car scene.

These features would make drag racing more immersive, competitive, and exciting. I believe many in the Horizon community would love this level of freedom.

Thanks for considering this!

Best regards,

Hi Forza Team,

Here’s a full list of feature ideas that would take Forza Horizon 5 customization and drag racing to the next level. These would be amazing for players who love extreme builds, realism, and freedom:

  1. :wrench: Wheelie bars and parachutes – available for any car, not just a few.
  2. :counterclockwise_arrows_button: Full engine swaps – allow all engines (2JZ, V12, jet turbines, etc.) in any car.
  3. :rocket: Jet engines – add jet-powered options like real-life drag cars.
  4. :automobile: Removable hoods – so players can fully expose the engine.
  5. :light_bulb: Headlight air intakes – turn one headlight into a cold air intake, like in real drag builds.
  6. :artist_palette: More drag-specific parts – drag wings, slick tires, cut bumpers, etc.
  7. :cyclone: Turbo poking out of front bumper – especially on cars like the Supra MK4. Would be amazing to install a massive front-facing turbo in the center of the bumper.
  8. :fire: Toyota Supra MK4 up to 4000HP – allow the Supra to reach 4000 horsepower with full mods. This would be perfect for drag fans and realistic mega builds.

These features would give the Horizon series the most detailed and wild custom build options ever. Thanks for reading and considering!
