Do people just...not check the weekly playlist before buying cars?

Two times in the past week I’ve had a duplicate reward car from a playlist event or completion percentage sell for several million credits in the auction house. The Lexus I got today from a simple seasonal championship went for 8 million. I honestly cranked it down a ton from its max value because I don’t need the credits and figured there was no way a weekly prize would sell for that much…and yet it went in 5 minutes. There are a bunch of people out there that could save themselves a ton of money by just running a few races or doing a few PR stunts.

A few possibilities pop to mind. No time to run the event to win the car and all the money in the world leads the pack. Sure some might be just not being aware. Or maybe they’re just thinking they’re helping you out and you need the credits more than they do. And if you’re pricing it cheap enough they may be flipping it for more. Though why they need the credits I have no idea. Could be they’re just hooked on the auction buzz and it’s their mini game

Yeah, could be, it just amuses me, because for some of these things it would take them all of 10 minutes to get it for free.
