Do I have to reach the final podium in order to progress in a Forza Driver's Cup event?

I beat the regular Forza Driver’s Cup a while ago but now I want to do all the rest of them + the elite ones. I also want to do it on Unbeatable difficult no matter what and always use the Full sim damage + No Rewinds mod.

But…sometimes this is rather hard, sometimes the AI cheats (not a lot, but I feel like on some tracks they do), sometimes I accidentally crash…sometimes I am so far ahead of the pack that 100 meters before the finish line I do a 180 and try to reverse into the finish line and end up crashing into the wall only to be passed by 10+ cars=P

So, once all 4 (or whatever) races are complete, do I have to be on the podium in order for it to progress or give me the “win” / not have to do it all over?

No you don’t have to win, the only thing winning each race does is put a “tick” icon on the series of races

Okay, ty. do I get something special like an exclusive car (man I hope its not some Driver Gear) for beating every one?

I didn’t get anything, its just “bragging rights”.

You get driver gear lol
Nothing special for winning every one
You do get cars for certain events but not exclusive

Booo. Alright, nevermind doing that now…since my only goal in the game besides collecting all the cars is to get faster.
