I’m another person affected by this issue. I Still haven’t received my Mercedes AMG GT3 from the car pass in Forza motorsport. I had to reset steam, restart my pc, uninstall the game and re-install and verify integrity only for the Mercedes AMG GT3 to appear in the car shop for 300k, but not in my owned cars. I am on Seam PC Windows 10 with the Forza Motorsport Premium Edition and it even states that I have the DLC in the DLC section of steam, but it is not present in my owned cars. There was no message upon entry gifting me the Mercedes AMG GT3 when I loaded up the game, it was only in the shop nor was there a message gift with the Mercedes in the “What’s New” section.
Xbox series S, game pass ultimate, premium upgrade, same here- no reward car (Merc GT3) this week…
Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate with Premium Upgrade pack - Merc-AMG GT3 available to buy in the showroom, but not delivered to my garage.

As others are reporting, I got the popup and received the car today 2.DEC.2023.

This has been resolved. Please quit the game from your dashboard and then restart your device. Once you open the game and head to the main menu you should see the popup that the Car has been sent to your My Cars collection.
If this does not occur after a couple restarts, please open/upvote a new topic in FM Report New Issues with details about your platform and confirm that you have restarted your device.
