Lately I’m having digital license problems from Forza Horizon, making it impossible to be downloaded or to be played on my xbox 360 …
It would be easier to interpret the situation if we had a little more info.

You have a digital copy of Horizon that still shows a disc scratched error? I thought this was fixed years ago.
I’ve been running from the same disc I got in 2012, even on my Xbox One right now, so I can’t speak much for the digital edition. However I do recall this exact situation coming up years back and as far as I know, no fix was even planned.
So this problem has come from earlier times? Some way to be solved?
As far as I know, no. It’s happened before though. It might still occur on Xbox One, but since things needed to be changed around for backwards compatibility I doubt that has happened. Since no changes were made to the 360 version (without the changes for backwards compatibility) there likely never was a fix implemented. I’m not entirely sure on that though. Maybe someone else can verify that is was/wasn’t patched.
