Do they not? I could’ve sworn I’d seen mileage change on one of them during a long Le Mans race. Could be wrong though.
Odometer and mileage should have been the core of car progression system with some extended tuning options or minor secret performance parts unlocked at certain milestones.

Good idea. They could have also used a system like that to be an in game money sink too, parts last x amount of miles before they need to be repaired or replaced etc
Works on some cars, not others, and resets after every race.
Yeah, seems to work on all the digital odometers but none of the analogue ones. It hasn’t reset for me though on the digital ones that I’ve clocked up miles on.
Might be car by car. I distinctly remember seeing an odometer working (99% sure it was digital, as you mentioned) in this game with the next several sessions showing zero miles driven.
