Still can’t download tunes says device full

Cannot download or save any more car setups on PC, "Device full" (drive >1TB free space) (1835717)

Bug Info: I have a lot of cars and various setup files for many of them (I make my own tunes and play a lot, so my garage is pretty extensive). I have had this issue come up twice now - at some point, FM8 says that I have too many car setups saved and that there is no more space. It then tells me to remove some via the Xbox dashboard - I am on PC…not working for me. If I manually delete some saves by going into each individual car and deleting it there, it will let me store more, until it hits…
