Does anyone know why people’s design’s don’t appear in replays I’ve shared?

In single player mode with Drivatars or in online multi-player?
It does seem on occasion the game “forgets” all the vinyl information for some of the cars. I have an example of a spot where I happened to take a shot (I think?) during the replay “in-race” (that is, viewing the replay immediately after the race), and of the same spot in the saved replay the next day.

It happens with replays of single player career races, every replay I share is the same, my car has it’s design on but all other racers are just basic paint.
Has anyone also noticed that the stock paint jobs on race cars are sometimes visible under applied liveries? Only seems to appear on opponent cars but no your own
I have seen this a couple of times but no idea why it happens and can’t find a consistent way to reproduce it.

I’ve really been wanting an answer to this. Replays I saved in weeks past seemed to generally have liveries, but I saved half a dozen replays from multiplayer races with a friend a night ago and in every single one I’m the only car with a custom livery.
