I had this happen to me in the past. Didn’t do anything back then and it sorted it self out after a week or two.
Haven’t had any issues like this since (or at least haven’t noticed them). But right now I also have at least one “high profile” livery missing.
Small sidenote, the uncollected cars and credits in the auction house also got mostly cleaned out. (There is a rule for that but it rarely gets enforced.)
Edit: Livery removed off creative hub while still shared and popular seems to be the same issue. I case one of the mods reads this you could merge the topics (and hopefully the votes that are unique).
